Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with the labelling requirements of the mandatory standard 'Consumer Goods (Portable Swimming Pools) Safety Standard 2013'. Hazards: Users may not be aware of important safety information about the use of the product (e.g. ensure active adult supervision at all times). There is an increased risk of drowning if the product is not used as intended. What to do: Consumers should stop using the product and return it to their closest Toymate store for a full refund or an exchange.
