Hazards: Risk of serious injury and death by drowning if the weight pocket cannot be removed whilst diving or in an emergency from the BCD. Incidents of the D-ring detaching on land have occurred. What to do: Stop using the weight pockets immediately. Register your weight pockets online at https://scubapro.johnsonoutdoors.com/us/recalls to arrange a free repair of the D-ring at a local SCUBAPRO authorised dealer or to obtain a prepaid shipping label to return the weight pocket to SCUBAPRO for a free repair.
