Reason / Defects: The glass part of the grille may overheat, shatter and fall from the product if one or both of the Tungsten-Halogen heat globes are switched on. Hazards: If the glass shatters the user could experience burns or lacerations. What to do: Consumers should stop using the product. Consumers should contact Fantech Pty Ltd by telephone 03 9554 7828, or email: cthompson@fantech.com.au to arrange for the unit to be repaired, replaced or obtain a refund.
