Reason / Defects: The battery pack can overheat and catch fire. Hazards: There is a risk of serious injury, damage to property or both if the battery pack overheats and catches fire. This can occur even when the product is not in use. Battery packs have overheated and caused property damage. What to do: Stop using affected power banks immediately. Submit the product details through the recall portal to receive a refund or store credit. Dispose of the product in accordance with the local requirements for disposing of lithium batteries.
