Reason / Defects: The stem bolt may fail, resulting in the stem detaching from the scooter deck. Hazards: If the stem detaches from the scooter deck whilst riding, there is the risk of an accident or serious injury or death to the rider. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund or to allow for a modification to be carried out, free of charge. Alternatively, consumers can contact the place of purchase to receive a repair kit.
