Reason / Defects: Testing of the product has identified safety concerns. In the event of an accident, the harness anchor point may detach from the frame of the car seat. Hazards: If the harness anchor point detaches, the child may not be adequately restrained, which may result in serious injury or death to the child. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return the product to the place of purchase for a full refund or store credit.
