Reason / Defects: The light diffuser can be removed, which allows access to live parts. Hazards: Risk of electric shock. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the fan. The supplier, Universal Fans, will be contacting all affected consumers to arrange for replacement of the light kit to be installed by a qualified electrician. For further information, consumers may contact Universal Fans/Fanco on 03 8658 9588 (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm AEDT) or via email on service@fanco.com.au
