Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with the labelling requirements of the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The puzzle mat does not have the required safety warning label. Hazards: The puzzle mat may be used incorrectly without the required safety warning label. If foam pieces break off, they could cause a choking or suffocation hazard for young children, which can lead to severe injury or death. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the puzzle mat and should return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
