Reason / Defects: The product’s USB charging cable may short circuit and overheat and/or catch fire while connected to any USB power source. Hazards: Risk of serious burn injuries, death or property damage if the cable overheats or catches fire while connected to any USB power source. Incidents of overheating have occurred. What to do: Stop using the product immediately and unplug the cable from any power source. Do not plug it into any other power source. Cut the USB cable using scissors and dispose of both cable and product. Photograph the cut cable and disposed product, then email the photograph and your details to admin@thehotspot.com.au to receive a full refund. Alternatively, return both cable and product to The Hot Spot for a full refund. If you have already disposed of the cable or the vibrator, or need further information and assistance with this recall, please contact The Hot Spot.
