What to do: Stop using the product immediately and unplug the cable from any power source. Do not plug it into any other power source. Cut the USB cable using scissors and dispose of both cable and product. Photograph the cut cable and disposed product, then email the photograph and your details to admin@thehotspot.com.au to receive a full refund. Alternatively, return both cable and product to The Hot Spot for a full refund.
