Reason / Defects: The rattles do not comply with the size and shape requirements of the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age. Hazards: The rattles may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children, which can lead to severe injury or death. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the rattles, dispose of them and contact Trapz and Co to receive a refund for the value of the rattles.
