Reason / Defects: The rattle does not comply with the size requirements of the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . Hazards: The rattle may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children, which can lead to severe injury or death. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the rattle. Consumers should destroy the product and contact BABYBOHO at bohome.byme@outlook.com to arrange a full refund of the rattle. Consumers need to provide a photograph to show the product has been destroyed and provide their order number or proof of purchase.
