Reason / Defects: The dye used in the cotton piping of the green and brown placemats contains hazardous azo-dyes. Hazards: Certain azo-dyes may release carcinogenic compounds and it is recommend that exposure to these dyes be eliminated or minimised. What to do: Customers should stop using these products and return them to a Villeroy & Boch sales outlet or to Villeroy & Boch by post for a full refund.
