Reason / Defects: The rattles do not comply with the size requirements of the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age. Hazards: There is a risk of choking, suffocation or death to young children if they continue to use these rattles. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the rattles then destroy the products and contact Tuti Fruti Fun and Learning to arrange a full refund for the rattle.
