Reason / Defects: If you, or someone else, removes the plastic cover on the side of the unit to access the controller board to change the settings, you may come into contact with live electrical parts. Hazards: There is a risk of serious injury or death from an electric shock if you remove the plastic cover and come into contact with live electrical components. What to do: Do not remove the plastic cover or attempt to access the controller board on the heat pump unit. Contact Reece to arrange for an authorised service agent technician to repair the unit. Model number: THP45 The units may have also been supplied as: THP45x160 THP45x250 THP45x315 THP45x400 The model number of the heat pump water heater unit can be found on the rating label located on the side of the unit, next to the plastic cover.
