Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The ears may detach from the bunny and create a small part. Hazards: If the ears come off they may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the product and dispose of it. Contact Kaleidoscope to organise for a different set of three characters to be sent as a replacement. Consumers will need to provide Kaleidoscope with evidence that the product has been disposed of.
