Reason / Defects: This product has elasticated legs which can stretch to wrap around a child’s neck and cause strangulation. Hazards: There is a risk of death or serious injury from strangulation. The legs can stretch and wind around a child’s neck, especially if swung around the head. What to do: Consumers should stop using the toy immediately and cut the legs.
