Reason / Defects: Due to a manufacturing defect, the backboard may not have been welded to the supporting pole properly and may fail. Hazards: If the welding fails the backboard may separate from the supporting pole, increasing the risk of serious injury. What to do: Consumers should stop using the product immediately and contact Russell Australia. Russell Australia will offer consumers collection of the product and either a full refund or an alternative product of equivalent or better value, at Russell Australia's expense.
