Reason / Defects: The product's warning label does meet the requirements of the mandatory safety standard for basketball rings and backboards. Hazards: If the users are not aware of safety precautions, there is a risk of injury if the product is not used correctly or serious injury or death if the user swings off the basketball ring. What to do: Consumers should contact Spalding via https://www.spalding.com.au/product-recall to submit their details and receive a replacement warning sticker. This sticker should be immediately placed over the existing backboard warning label.
