Reason / Defects: The toy does not comply with size and shape requirements of the mandatory safety standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . Hazards: There is a risk of choking, suffocation or death to young children if they put small parts into their mouth. What to do: Consumers should stop using the toy immediately and return it to the place of purchase for a refund.
