Reason / Defects: Under certain operating conditions, the vehicle may have an increased risk of clutch failure. Hazards: If the clutch fails, clutch components or debris may be ejected from the clutch housing, causing injury to the driver or passenger. What to do: Consumers should not operate their vehicle.
