Reason / Defects: The front triangle may crack, leading to separation of the head tube from the frame. Hazards: If the frame breaks while a user is riding the bicycle, there is an increased risk of an accident or injury to the rider or bystanders. What to do: Consumers should stop using their bicycle and contact the place of purchase to organise for the front triangle to be replaced, free of charge.
