Reason / Defects: The crank bolt may come loose, which may cause the bike’s crank arm to dislodge from the drive shaft. Hazards: Risk of serious injury or death from a collision if the bike’s crank arm separates from the drive shaft when used. What to do: Stop using the affected bike immediately.
