Reason / Defects: The battery compartment attached to the beanie is not adequately secured and the button battery in the product may be easily accessible. The product contains one button battery. Hazards: If young children gain access to the button battery and ingest it, they may suffer internal burn injuries, which can result in serious illness and even death. In addition, the batteries may pose a choking hazard to young children. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the beanie and ensure it is kept out of reach of children.
