Reason / Defects: This product does not comply with Australian Standard AS/NZS 3199:2020. The connections in the extension lead may come loose resulting in the plug overheating or catching fire. Hazards: There is a risk of serious injury, death or property damage from electric shock or fire. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using this extension lead and return it to the place of purchase for a replacement lead or full refund.
