Hazards: There is a risk of choking, suffocation or death if a young child places a dislodged foam ball in their mouth. What to do: Consumers should stop using the blanket immediately. Consumers should email people@bowymade.com to request a refund or exchange, or to notify Bowy Made if the blanket has been discarded.
