Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with the mandatory information standard for products containing button/coin batteries . The product does not include the required warning information. Hazards: There is a risk of choking, serious injury or death to young children if they gain access to the button/coin batteries and swallow or place them inside their body. Consumers may not be aware that the product contains a button battery. What to do: Consumers should keep the product out of reach of children. Consumers should contact the supplier to receive the warning information. Affected Products
Plastic toy dinosaur 4-piece sets containing 1 large dinosaur and 3 smaller dinosaurs or accessories. 3 different sets were available to purchase. The large dinosaur in each set is battery-operated to move and make sounds.
