Reason / Defects: Affected products do not comply with the mandatory standard for toys for children up to and including 36 months of age . The fastener cap on the pinwheel toy can detach during play. Hazards: There is a risk of choking, suffocation or death to young children if they put the fastener cap into their mouth. What to do: Consumers should stop using the pinwheel toy immediately and dispose of it or return it to a Cotton On Kids store or Cotton On Mega store.
