Affected bicycles may not meet the front hub retention requirements of the 'Trade Practices Act 1974 - Consumer Protection Notice No. 6 of 2004 - Consumer Product Safety Standard: Pedal Bicycles: Safety Requirements'. The front wheel may dislodge from the front fork if the Quick Release Skewer is not properly tightened and secured.

Reason / Defects: Affected bicycles may not meet the front hub retention requirements of the 'Trade Practices Act 1974 - Consumer Protection Notice No. 6 of 2004 - Consumer Product Safety Standard: Pedal Bicycles: Safety Requirements'. The front wheel may dislodge from the front fork if the Quick Release Skewer is not properly tightened and secured. Hazards: If this occurs while the user is riding the bicycle, there is an increased risk of an accident or serious injury to the rider.
