Reason / Defects: The product contains high levels of Formaldehyde in the MDF component of the product. Hazards: Formaldehyde in the MDF component may emit a pungent irritating odour and may cause irritation to the eyes, nose and throat. What to do: Adairs will be contact consumers directly by telephone and email to notify them of the recall. Consumers should immediately stop using the product. Adairs will be contacting affected consumers directly to arrange for collection of the product and a full refund of the purchase price, including any delivery charges.
