Reason / Defects: The front pulley's clamping bolts may not be tightened properly and may allow the steering wire to slip. Hazards: If the steering wire slips, the rider will lose steering control. This may lead to an accident causing injury or death. What to do: Consumers should stop using the bicycle and return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.
