Reason / Defects: The supply cord is inadequately anchored to the appliance and if pulled it may cause the electrical connection to break or become loose. Hazards: Risk of fire or electric shock causing serious injury or death. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the product and unplug it from electrical supply. Return the product to the store it was purchased from for a full refund.
