Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with the mandatory standards for button/coin batteries . The button/coin battery are not adequately secured and are accessible to young children. The product does not include the required warning information. Hazards: There is a risk of choking, severe internal burn injuries or death to young children if they gain access to the batteries and swallow them or place them inside their bodies. Severe or fatal injuries can happen in 2 hours or less. Consumers may be unaware that the product contains button batteries. What to do: Consumers should stop using the product immediately and dispose of the music box and battery safely. Store out of reach of children until the music box is disposed of.
