The rattles may break, releasing small parts. Hazards: Small parts may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children, which can lead to severe injury or death. What to do: Consumers should dispose of the rattles and contact Little Ones Collective for a refund. Consumers are asked to notify Little Ones Collective so that the safe disposal of the products can be monitored.
