The rattle may break, releasing small parts. Hazards: The rattle or small parts may pose a choking or suffocation hazard for young children, which can lead to severe injury or death. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the rattle, dispose of it and contact Raising Little Genius for a full refund. If the product has already been disposed of, consumers are asked to notify Raising Little Genius so that the safe disposal of the products can be monitored.
