Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with the requirements of the mandatory standard for swimming and flotation aids. • The product does not have the manufacturing batch identification legibly marked on it in a colour that contrasts the background colour. • The product packaging does not include the required information under the standard Additional information, as required by the standard for the safe use of swimming and flotation aids, has not been supplied with the product. Hazards: Users may not be aware of important safety information about the use of the product, including use under constant, competent supervision. There is an increased risk of drowning if the product is not used as intended.
