Hazards: There is a risk of serious injury or death to children from choking if the spoons break while in use. 4 incidents have occurred overseas with no injuries reported. What to do: Stop using the spoons immediately and dispose of them safely. Contact Melii Baby via email for a replacement set of spoons. Proof of disposal will be required.
