Reason / Defects: The product contains small, high-powered magnets that exceed the maximum allowable magnetic flux set by the permanent ban on small high-powered magnets . Hazards: If a child swallows more than one small high powered magnet, the magnets can stick together across the walls of the child's intestine or other digestive tissue, which can lead to internal injuries and even death. The magnets may pose a choking hazard to young children (small parts). The product has caused serious injuries to a consumer. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using the product and return the product to the place of purchase to receive a full refund.
