Reason / Defects: The locking pins to keep the A-frame shape of the walker may disengage. Hazards: If the locking pin disengages while the walker is in use it may collapse causing a child to fall, increasing the risk of an injury. What to do: Consumers should check their walker to see if it is from one of the affected batches and if so, immediately stop using the product. Consumers who have a walker from the affected batches can contact MGA Entertainment to receive a replacement walker.
