Reason / Defects: The product does not comply with the requirements of the mandatory safety standard for nightwear for children . The product does not have the correct fire hazard label. Hazards: There is a risk of serious burn injuries if the affected sleepwear is exposed to a heat or flame source. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop wearing the product and return it to the nearest Kmart store for a refund.
