Reason / Defects: If a screw is installed incorrectly into the metal frame bracket it may cause a short circuit. Hazards: Risk of fire and electric shock, which can cause serious injury or death. What to do: Consumers should contact LIFI Labs to arrange replacement of screws by electrician, or alternatively, consumers will be provided a full refund or replacement of the product.
