Reason / Defects: The glass door may not have been toughened correctly, and may not shatter according to the requirements of the Australian toughened glass safety standards. Hazards: If the glass door has not been toughened correctly and the glass breaks, it may break into fragments or shards and pose a risk of serious injury.
