The rubber seal may fall out, and if it is not present when connected, it will create a gas leak. Hazards: There is a risk of injury or death caused by fire if gas leaks from the water heater. What to do: Consumers should stop using the hot water heater immediately and visit https://supportportal.kickassproducts.com.au/recall/ to confirm address details.
