Reason / Defects: A gap may develop between the serrations on the steering shaft on the steering gear. If a gap develops this may lead to gradual loss of steering. Hazards: If a driver cannot properly steer the vehicle, this increases the risk of accident or injury to the vehicle occupants and bystanders. What to do: Kawasaki Motors will notify all affected owners by direct mail and advise them to make an appointment for repair.
