Reason / Defects: The rear leaf spring may fracture due to an insufficient diameter of the front eye. Hazards: If one of the springs breaks, the driver may not have full control of the vehicle, increasing the risk of an accident and injury to the vehicle occupants and other road users. What to do: Isuzu UTE Australia will contact all known owners of affected vehicles. Consumers should contact their nearest Isuzu UTE dealer to arrange for the inspection and replacement of the rear leaf spring assembly and parking brake cable, where required.
