Reason / Defects: The Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) has undertaken a review of the safety of the ingredient Artemisia, and has formed the view that the safety of listed medicines containing Artemisia species may pose a risk when used by consumers who are pregnant, or likely to become pregnant. Hazards: Medicines containing Artemisia may cause illness if taken by pregnant women or women who intend to become pregnant and may cause injury to unborn children. What to do: Consumers should not take the product if they are pregnant, or likely to become pregnant. Consumers should return the product to their place of purchase for a full refund.
