Reason / Defects: The product contained button batteries which were not adequately secured, so the button batteries in the product may be easily accessible. Hazards: If young children gain access to the button batteries and ingest them, they may suffer internal burn injuries, which can result in serious illness and even death. In addition, the batteries may pose a choking hazard to young children. Insertion of button batteries into a body orifice such as ears and nose can also lead to significant injuries. What to do: Consumers can return the product, with proof of purchase, to the place of purchase for a full refund.
