Reason / Defects: The built-in battery may overheat during normal usage and pose a fire risk. Hazards: Risk of serious burn injury and property damage if the battery overheats and catches fire. Incidents have occurred. What to do: Stop using the projector immediately and check the serial number. Contact BenQ to arrange to return the product for either: a free replacement with an upgraded GV32 model projector; or to have the battery replaced and firmware updated on the affected GV31 model projector.
