Reason / Defects: The product does not meet the requirements of the mandatory standard 'Consumer Protection Notice No. 14 of 2003 - Consumer Product Safety Standard: Toys for children up to and including 36 months of age'. The AA batteries and small components can dislodge or break off. Hazards: If batteries or small components dislodge, the broken parts or batteries could be accessed by children and could cause a choking hazard and result in serious injury or death.
