Reason / Defects: The lamp's battery may overheat, causing the lamp body to warp or melt, emit smoke, or lead to a fire. Hazards: Risk of fire, which may cause serious injury, death, or property damage. What to do: Consumers should immediately stop using lamp and disconnect it from the charger. Consumers will be provided with a replacement power supply kit, including battery, and installation instructions.
